passengers side works fine, but divers side won't go up, also my passenger side power mirror won't move up or down, side to side works though. Any help here?

 

does the drivers make the noise like its trying to go up? if so, it might be stuck or need some grease.. if not, double check the wiring, that would be an easy fix.. might need to replace the actuator.. as for the mirror.. thats screwy, again check the wiring.. dunno what to say besides that
