Me and Darlene were coming back from my place and the car hit a bump and all the headlights and foglamps went out...

I should mention that the front headlights and foglamps are wired together so when the low beams are on the foglamps are on too.

THe only thing that works are the high beams and parking lamps.

In low beam mode the lights don't come on, however the dash lights flicker at the pace of the emergancy flasher and the voltage must be spiking cuase all my needles start shaking slightly.

I can't figure out what caused this, there must be a short, i don't thing all my lowbeams and fogs went out at once......
