I have a 88 GTA w/ a digital dash. I'm wondering why The little screen that shows the milage, avg fuel, etc... Comes off and on
The milage pretty much stays on ,but I can't use any of the other features. Is there a replacement computer bord or somthing???

My digital odometer burnt out and when I took the dash off to look at it there are a few connections that may come loose and not allow the features(trip, avg. speed, k/m)of the odometer to work. They may just require pushing the odometer back into its plug or checking all other connections. As long as it works somtimes that would be my guess of what the problem is, if it is off permanantly get a speedometer shop to fix it, mine cost $105. Hope this helps.

The guy that had my car b4 me had the same problem,unfortunately his way to fix it was to punch and break the screen,which brings me to another question.Does anyone know where i can get a replacement screen,cause i dont wanna a complete replacement dash from another digital dash TA when all i need is one screen.Thanks and good luck,Al in NJ
