What is up with these headlights?!?!?! please help

What is up with these headlights?!?!?! please help

the drivers side headlight goes up but the passenger side light doesnt. i know that the motors are good on both sides, so is the wiring wrong or what? and where can i get a new wiring harness if that is what it is?

check for proper ground on the passanger side

Also check the ground on the driver side. I had the same kind of problem--ground was loose on the driver side, now they both work beautiful!
Also is one of your headlights dim? If so another symptom of a bad ground.
