Halogen fog light Q's

I have bought some cool looking high intensity halogen lights and I have some question. First, on halogen lights, does it matter in the cable polarities are reversed? And can I use the original fog light circuit for the new bulbs?

The lights are not polarized. If the new lights draw less than or equal the current of the stock fog lights, the factory wiring may be used. If the new lights draw more current, use relays powered from the battery to control the new lights - power the relay coil with the factory harness.
