How to remove fuse block?

How is the fuse block removed? I think I have a wire broken on the backside of the block, causing a short. My main problem is the fuse controlling the taillights blows instantly after turning the headlights on. I found a broken wire on the headlight switch harness, one of the two that are paired. I soldered it and replaced the headlight switch and tested it before putting everything back. It worked fine until I was putting it in the dash, then the fuse blew again. This leads me to believe there is a broken wire between the switch and the fuse block. I hate electrical problems with a passion! Thanks for the help!

Take your kickpanel off, look up at the fuse box-there's tabs on either side that will allow you to flip it down. If you want it right down, there's two screws at the back.
