From the fuse box does the wire for the inst panel lights go right to the cluster?

From the fuse box does the wire for the inst panel lights go right to the cluster?
I really need help on this dash light problem. I've got power to the dimmer switch, and to the remote dimmer. im checking tomorrow to see if it is coming out the remote dimmer. Any help would be appreciated.

From the looks of it there is a dark green wire comming in from the headlamp switch (which I assume would be the power source) where it is fused, and a , whatever color GRA (grape ?) is supposed to be wire going from there to the cluster (and to the warning buzzer)
*edit,, that is what the diag for an 84 bird says anyways
