120 mph speedo

I just replaced the 85 mph electronic cluster in my 87 formula with an 120mph unit. Everything works except the speedometer is now way off. It must be at least 30mph different than the 85mph speedo was. After doing a search and reading that it should have been a direct plug in, i'm starting to wonder if maybe its an 85mph gauge with a 120mph face??

Any other ideas?

Forgot to mention, the odometer appears to be correct still. This is why i think maybe the face was changed.

Today I installed a different 120 speedo. This one is accurate. Not sure what is wrong with the other one. The circuit board appears correct for a 120 speedo. 120 speedo boards are shorter than the 85mph board. Anyway all is working now.

THANKS FOR THE REPLIES!
