I'm looking to do a 165 to 730 conversion on my '86 L98, as per http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28/ecm_swap_730/

I have the 730 ECU; the 16151348 Memcal is in the mail. I understand any knock sensor from a 730 donor vehicle will work (V8, V6, L4 all same), but must the MAP sensor be for a V8 or can it be from a V6 or L4 (as long as it's a '91)?

Does the '91 MAP sensor have to match the PROM? Say, be from/for a 350?

They should all be the same. But i'm not real sure. Go to a local autozone or advance auto. They should be able to answer every one of those questions.
