MSD Igintion Causing Buzing Noice In My 6x9's

MSD Igintion Causing Buzing Noice In My 6x9's

I hooked up MSD Ignition today and now there is A buzzing sound in my 6x9 speakers its driving me nut any ideas out there?

Make sure you have a good chassis ground on the box & a good chassis ground from the battery. That should help (not saying it absolutly will though). Might need to get some plug wires w/better RFI suppression too.

Get the MSD Noise Eliminator (Jeg's or Summit), takes care of the problem-I had to do this.

You need what is called a radio noise capacitor. I believe msd sells them like blackzee said

Well I bought a noise liminator from Radio Shack and for the first day it worked great no noise , but now its back like I never did nothing. Any Ideas does the MSD one work for sure at $50 bucks. ouch

msd cap works

I had to get one for my iroc and my 1st one lasted for a year or two, now I need to replace it again
