Were exactly is the fuel pump relay located at? Any idea on cost of one or installation difficulty? Thanks in advance.

Open up your hood and look at along the fire wall right in front of the drivers side. there are 2 to 4 little black boxes with wires plugged in to them. the fuel pump is a 5 wire connector with 2 orange, one white/tan, one green/white, one black/white connector. it is very easy to replace and pretty cheap. maybe you have a bad connection. you can test pulling it out and putting +12 on C(green white) and Grnd on B( blk/wht, and you should here it click(engergize) as you apply power to the coil. E(Orange) is the common and D(Orange) is normally closed and A(Tan/white) is normally open. if you hear it click you should get a closed circuit between E (orange) and A (Tan/white). The relay also engergizes when the key is turned to run. you should hear the pump run. It turns on for two seconds if there are no pulses coming from the Distributor to the ECM indicating the engine is running then it shuts off. Hope this helps. If it is bad I believe them to be around 14.00.
