well my rpm rises and falls back and forth and kinda serges and was wondering if it could be my computer and i really cant get it down in rpm under 1000 rpm.

wow your actually still aive a was starting to think you were one of those in the accident, seriously, well i have actually got it running and i was driving it all day today, but still dont have breaks

 

It looks like you put a new engine in your car. Did you reprogram your prom? If not there is your problem.
