heres the problem, sometimes after i turn my windshield wipers on then off they keep going, its not just that one extra swipe either, it just doesnt kick off. i have to play with the switch thingy (bu turning it on and off alot) to get them to kick off, pluss every once and a wile they will just freeze in the middle of the windshield then go back down. so whats wrong? can i fix it any way or do i need to replace the motors and electronics? and how much would that cost?
