My digital dash in the middle doesnt work. My trunk release doesnt work either. I have no seedometer. All the other digital gauges work. Any ideas? I swapped from TPI to carb. It worked with the first carb motor but not the second carb motor.

 

If i were you id get ride of it nothing but headaches. I am making a custom dash that wold be cheaper to make then to fix the digital dash but if you want to atempt to fix it here is a link to the schematics of the Digital dash. It has like 17 pages of each part of the dash.

I Think I am having the same problem that you have. Does your odometer work. Mine only wokrs about 20% of the time, along with all of the other stuff in the center. The time it doesnt work is when my diagnostics things shows f Lamp. I also believe that it is not recording miles when I am driving when it doesn't show up.
I have no idea. What do all of you think?

 

SAME HERE! i just got a '85 Bren. 305 4bbl.... and it has a digital dash that doesn't work! the speedo, tach, odom, everything digital doesn't work, the dash lights up fine.... also, all the warning/idiot lights are constantlly stuck on when the dash lights are on... also, right when i turn the key off the digital digits on the speedo flash on for a split second. also the trunk release, dome light, and map light do not work. whats the deal with this anyone know????
