help with lights

ok well when im driving at night I will hit a bunmp and I see one of my turn signal light comes on. I also notice that same side the light came on the out side head light dims a lil bit. Then I hit another bump and the lights goes off the head lights get brighter. Well does this mean my head light is going out or do I have a short somewhere?

well I figured it out anyway. It was just a loose connection on the head light. I kinda like how the little blinker light comes on though to let u know something is up with that light. kinda neat for 12 year old car.
