my car has 2 electric fans and both of them went out today.....i'm not sure of the problem...is it the motor, do they both run off of the same motor...could it be a fuse...what could it be.....i'm gonna be doing a late night driveway repair and i need some help as to where to start!!!thanks

They both run off of the same fusible link; try that.

 

Yeah..I have the same question..although it doesnt really cause problems with my car, only ONE of my fans works...it never goes into the red temp area, but it has gotten pretty close. Can someone explain THAT one to me?

But they do both have seperate relays. So if one doesn't work anymore I would look there first.
