lights pulsating

Car: 2004 Wrangler Rubicon

Engine: 4.0

Transmission: NV3550

Axle/Gears: Dana 44s with 4.10 and air lockers

lights pulsating

whenever my car is at idle or low rpm's, the interior light, the gauge lights, the light on my tach, and my headlights all pulsate. i just replaced the alternator about 2-3 months ago, so i don't think it's that. anybody have any ideas?

check the belt to see if it is tight enough... could be slipping due to looseness or a dirty pully ie: grease
