Power Antenna Not Functional

I just got this car about two months ago and I went to hook up a radio in it and found out my antenna doesn't want to go up. Can anyone help?

PS not a fuse

Did you hook up the blue power antenna wire in your harness adapter? I assume you did use a wire harness adapter, right?
