What to check next?

The other day my car was bearly starting up, almost sounded like it didnt have enough power to turn it over, so i pulled the battary n had it tested n its putting out enough. When i was leaving work yesterday i turned it to start cranked a littlle but sounded like dead battery, turned key back to off, then tried to start and it didnt have anything. Gave it a few minutes in the off position and tried it again and it managed to start. Any suggestions as to what i could check next? When its running its over 13 volts prolly around 15, i just put in a new alternator about 2 months ago.

I'd guess the starter is going.

I would check that the positive battery cable running to the starter is in good shape and tight on the starter connection, also that the bolts mounting the starter are tight.

In fact check connections everywhere to/from the battery, chassis (ground) and starter. Make sure that the wires haven't freyed etc.
