Foglight 12V Cable

I don't have 12V in the foglight bulb end, does anyone know where the other end of the cable is? It is the foglight on the left side (if you are sitting in the car)

are you talking about you don't have 12v where the bulb sits at? plus, are they stock fog lights? what year and model of car?

Yes, I don't have 12V where the bulb is, and it is the original foglights. The car is a Pontiac GTA-88

that wire should connect to your right hand side one if I'm not mistakin, here is a wiring diagram for the 88 birds with the fog lights highlighted, hope this helps a little
