RH T/A headlight dim?

For some reason, my RH headlight on my '84 T/A got real dim all of a sudden. Not out, but dim. Also you can vaguely see the brights indicator on, and it comes on for a second when you first turn on the lights. Bulb's OK, so are the fuses and headlight motors. Anybody have any experience with this?

check the ground wire going to that light, they usually break right where the connector is plugged into the bulb. despite assumptions to the different the light will still burn without the ground wire, just very dimmly.
