Ok i just want to replace parts of my ignition like the cap and rotor all ready got new plug wires. Is accels HEI style with internal coil, black, heavy-duty, cap and rotor kit any good or should i just go to the car parts store and get factory stuff ?? Is there anything else i should get while replacing these things ?

Many times the cheap stuff you get at some auto parts stores are not even equivalent to OEM. At autozone they carry a brand of electrical parts (wires and cap and rotor) I can't remember the name but they are garbage. It is always good to upgrade and judging by your upgrades it looks like time for some ignition improvements.
