a few Q's

I am retarded when it comes to electronics so please bear with me. The horn on my 91 Firebird does not work. Is there a fuse that controls the horn? I also looks like the air bag has been deployed and replaced. Could that have had any effect of the horn?

Ok question #2
My headlights like to cut off sometimes but if you press the switch or turn them of then on again the come back on. Wireing problem or bad connections? Also the dimmer switch for my head lights is broken. It's on high beam all the time. How difficult of an install would a dimmer switch be? Would I have to worry about the airbag going off while messing with the steering colum?

on Q #2 your problem is the headlight switch.
hibeams are overheating, turning them off and back on (or back to low beams) cools them off enough to work again, replace it and no more problems, don't worry about the airbag becouse you don't need to take apart the steering colom.

the horn may have its own fuse or may be with something else, you didnt mention what year and model you have. air bags often heat things in the column up and make them go bad.

When the airbag deployed it may have pulled off the wire(s) for the horn contact switch.
