Need some help here

car won't start and i changed the altenator and the battery and still not go but there is a buzzing noise on one of the relays coud that cause the car not to rub?

91 V6 camaro , not stock engine are anything like that , could it be the fuel pump? its a automatic and not the battery is dead and its new

It could be the fuel pump.
Check to make sure you are getting fuel and spark.
Try sparying a little starting fluid into the intake and try to start it.
If it fires and shuts down, then you know you have a bad fuel pump. If it doesn't fire then check to see if you have spark.
The easiest way to do this is to pull one of the spark plug wires off of it's plug, then stick an old spark plug in there.
This is important, wear a good pair of leather work gloves while doing this.
Now hold the spark plug wire by the boot, and touch the electrode part of the spark plug to the block of the engine some where. Have some crank the engine while your holding the spark plug against the block.
If you see a spark from the electrode, then you know you have spark.
These are the first things to try, then we can go from there.

i don't have a manual for the 91-92 v6's, but i think there is/was a fuel pump relay in the engine compartment, just like the headlight relays. that could make a fast clicking/buzzing and not let the fuel pump run properly.
