it's on the driver side. i dont know if it is directly beside the dash or right under the dash but it is high in that area against the driver side "wall" before the door. it has quite a few wires going out of it. NO I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE FUSE BLOCK. This one is actualy inside the chassis wall. I don't have a clue what it is but need to know before I get pissed off and take it out the realize I ned it

 

Got a pic? How many wires? What colors? Is on the firewall?

It sounds like the bulkhead for headlights and so on. Do not rip it out.

 

I looked a few minutes ago. The wires run into clips. There are 6 on the left side and 1 on the right that have wires running into them. They are on the driver side mounted into the wall. They have ALL orange wires running to them except for there are 1 or 2 pink wires. I think I can pull out the wire that runs to the defroster because it will no longer be needed. If anyone can give me some detail as to what these run to that owuld be GREAT

 

It's a power distribution bar. It is tied into the same wire going to the starter that powers the ACC circuit. Can power things like the defroster, windows, mirrors, seats.
