no spark
I had the ignition module checked and the coil is new, I am taking the distributor to have the pick-up coil checked. I noticed some cracks in the insulation wires going from the module to the pick-up coil, could this be the problem? Would a bad pick-up coil cause absolutely no spark? Also the distributor shaft moves up and down about 1/16 th of an inch or so, is that bad?
