Gta Coolant Message

I dont know if this is a common problem with GTA digital dashes but in my message center it always says COOLANT when i know it dont need it. I thinking it is a bad sensor but i dont know which one or where it is. If anyone knows about this and can help let me know thanks

I believe it is the one in your radiator. It is on the side with the cap.

how far down is it and is it hard to replace?

I think it's about half way down on the rad cap side toward the engine. There is 1 or 2 wires coming from it. It should be fairly easy to change. It just screws in and out I believe. You might want to drain your rad first though.

Maybe you want to just check and see if the wires are broken or not making good contact first.

I went to the chevy dealer today and of course the guy wasnt to smart at the parts counter. He gave me a part number i was wondering if anyone knows if this is the right part number for this sensor? the part number is 30355285

Doesny anyone know if thats the right part #, if any has that CD with all the numbers on it let me know what the number is so i can get the right part it will be greatltly appreciated. thanks
