interior lights no work

Axle/Gears: yup, it has a peg leg
interior lights no work
ok heres the deal mi interior lights do not come on(gauges) checked fuse good, dome light and head lights work. friend at work told me it is prob the headlight/dimmer switch.
has anyone ever had this prob before?
