power trunk release
got a powertruck solenoid for a 92 camaro with a latch that moves up and down, the only area i can see to hook it up to is guarded by a plate going all around it, and i see no where to put the solenoid, anybody done this before?

First question; what year car are you trying to add this to? The hatch release solenoid for the '92 will only fit the new style units that hava a brown injection molded plastc frame (1991-92). The 1986-91 had a different style as do the 1982-85. You'll have to get the correct style hach release solenoid for your year of car.
