instrument light 86T/A

What color is the wire for the gauge light it quit working. Ground and fuse is okay. Want to wire drect to fuse if posible This car is full of wiring F### ups and shorts. Please help if you can.

are your tail lights working without mashing them,if not then more than likely its your headlight switch which controls these
