dropped a nre 350 bored 60 into my 86 camaro. car was carbed before, new motor is carbed. i took out the computer and the wiring harness that connects to it. put in the msd 6a box in its place. is there any wires in that harness that i need? also, what wires do i need from the drivers side harness besides the lights? i pulled few out alreay that went to the ac. all i want is the heat. there is also a black plastic box that mounts to the firewall that had a vac. line running from the old intake maifold to it, but nothing else is connected to it. what the **** does that box do? its driving me nuts. my chiltons says the relays that i took out from the drivers side are the fan relay and the power steering switch. why is there a switch when its belt drivin? all i want is my heat and powere to the motor so if anyone knows what to keep and what to toss please contact me.
