Adjustable Knock sensor

Hi...

I was thinking is it possible to add a potentiometer in serie with the KS to make it less sensitive?

I know you will increase the resistance to the ECM slight but is it possible to get it to work?

Otherwise you would have to do it like this but then you cant adjust it without change resistors.....

Why would you want to adjust the sensitivity?

Exactly. It's there and a certain sensitivity for a reason.

I have some false knocks from my exhaust..........I'm talking about adding like 10k max to the knock sensor to dampen the voltage some..............
