left headlamp will not raise manuelly?

I can not raise my left headlamp assembly. The **** just spins freely and doesn't seem to do anything. Occassionally it will flip up electronically from the button inside. The headlight motor still works because I can hear it spinning around everytime I turn on or off the lights. Now it doesn't flip up at all, manuelly nor electronically.

What part do I need that makes the headlamps rise manuelly, or how do I fix the problem?

Get headlight motor rebuild kit from Top-down Solutions. Sounds like your gearing and bushings bit the dust (literally, they are probably dust)
