another instrument panel questions???

Ok, the lights in my instrument panel are not working. I have 87 firebird thats mostly stock at the moment. I have already tested the tail fuse and thats good. Till lights work so that rules that out. On the printed circuit of the panel do all of the bulb holders need to be in place? Are they easily obtainable from a autoparts store? Would missing one create an open in the circuit? do the bulbs need to be in it, I currently only have 13 out of 16 in it. Can the speedo and the tach be reversed? the speedo being on the left and the tach on the right. Will they work if they are reversed. I just wanted to ask a second opinion or two.

No, they have more than 1 source for power and ground

Are they easily obtainable from a autoparts store?
Yes, most should have them, but they would be "free" at a junkyard (pocketable item)

No and no

No they will not work, the printed circuit is made for one configuration of instruments and they don't wire up to the panel the same. If you look on the back there are screws that hold them to the panel and also provide electrical contact for the instrument. The screws are not in the same configuration for the tach and speedo.
