I'll be posting this in the interior/exterior section as well to see who can help me out the most.

Just last night i found out my tach is completely off, i idle at 1500 rpm according to the tach but am at 500 on a meter. Also, i am able to drop the tach off the bottom of the tach if i gun it. so i am deciding to add a tach on my car. This morning i remembered that my speedo is also screwed up b/c it won't work after i start my car in the morning until i stop and go about 3 or four times such as at a stop sign or light.

That all gets me up to my point. I was thinking of putting in a new custom dash. I was looking around online and found a lot of things i liked but as i looked them over i realized i'd be loossing all my warning lights and everything along that line. I like the idea of a custom cluster but also am a big ( and apparently rare) fan of the yellow lighting in my car. can anyone suggest any idea to my problem or should i spend the 150 to get my cluster revamped?
