choke light from reving cold?????

check engine... light from reving cold??
I need some help.
Last night at like 4 am I went to the store after my car sitting outside for like 6 hours. I didnt warm it up. And on the way to cvs I shifted in either 2nd or 3rd high(reved the engine). I think around 5,000 rpms. After doing that the check engine light came on. I already have the damn choke light on. I dont want another dumb light to be lit up. If any1 has any idea what could have happend help me out. Im gonna take it to somewhere soon but Id like some idea of what cudve happend.
also. Its running fine. I dont notice any difference..
