Anyone running an aftermarket HEI distributor?
Hi,
I am trying to get an aftermarket HEi distributor for my 91 vette. I am looking for an race unit that will spin up to at least 8000rpm, and will still be compatible with the EST hookup and the stock ECM.
If anyone here is running one please let me know the make and where I could get one.
Thanks,
paul

Hey, nice to see you on thirdgen.org! Anyway... I don't personally have it, but MSD makes a drop-in small cap distributer (part number 8366). I don't know what RPM it's designed to operate up to, but I'll bet MSD would know if you gave them a call.
