coil orientation
Does anyone know if the orientation of the coil on the firewall effects it's ability to fire?
Im trying to get my new ignition in, and am running into problems withthe car not firing.
I setup a 6a box, a blaster 2 coil, and an 85551 distributor.
Ive got the coil mounter horizontaly on the firewall, and am just wondering it fhte coils orientation at all effects the spark?

Well finally managed to get an answer elsewhere. Yes, the oprientation of the coil DOES matter on the firewall. According to the good folks at msd, it has to be mounted vertically.
