were can i find the fuel pump relay
were can i find the fuel pump relay for a 1990 camaro 3.1? i looked on the fire wall and non of thoes are it i un pluged all of them and the fule pump still pumps

My manual shows it on the firewall with the fan relay and the compressor relay for the V6. And someone with a '91 recently had a bad fuel pump relay, and his was there. So one of those three should be it--I think the farthest one in.

I just rewired mine, I can shoot you a picture if you need it. Let me know. It is on the firewall, driver side. I can give you the wire colors if it helps. I know there is an orange and a tan. Tan is the one to power the pump if you bypass the relay.

yes, drivers side by the wheel well. there should be 3 black boxes. one of which is the relay you spoke of
see the weard thing is that i unpluged all of them and the fuel pump still pumps. by my pass side head light there is a fuse that when i unplug it it shuts the fule pump off , the wires from that fuse are taped together with some other wires so i dont know if there is somthing missing. the color of the wieres that come out of the fuse are red and oreng.
