SpeedChip?

Has anyone heard of "The SpeedChip Performance Mod" Its a small chip that plugs into the factory harness of the IAT Sensor. They claim that "The Speedchip" will slightly modify your AIR/Fuel ratio and slightly change your engine timing to run stronger and with increased power. I was wondering if anyone has used this product and if it actually works, because the price is pretty good. Thanks.

I hope the price is pretty good. Its probably just a resistor that they wire into the circuit. YOu could do it yourself. When the resistance in the circuit goes up the computer thinks that the intake temp went down so they add more fuel. The gains from this mod are minimal.

I did it to my car i cant remeber what ohm i used but i ende dup taking it out because it will make your car run rich and kill your CAT like it did to mine and honestly i noticed no difference.

I bet you are talking about the ones you see on ebay ive looked at them and they are a joke.
