Wipers no worky right

Wipers no worky right
I have a slight problem with the wipers. They like to stay on after i turn them off. they will eventually turn off if i am lucky. Also the intermitant dont work all the tim. they will pause in the up position and stay there usuallly until i turn them ON.

sounds like you got wacky gears in the wiper moter. either that or a crazy relay of some sort
