Could be that there's a bit of condensation built up in the cluster. I'd remove the cluster & bring it in the house for a couple days. May dry it out enough that it'll work again

When I bought my '85 Berlinetta, the IP didn't work. I repair computer equipment for a living, and was able to get hold of the schematics for the boards that make up the IP. Turns out the power supply board was bad, and the schematics that I have only show a block diagram of the PS. Too bad, because it seems that most of the problems with these IP's are in the power supply. I'm not that good at these types of boards, so I just found a replacement at the boneyard. I haven't been able to find anyone who knows how to fix these, either.

Hope you have better luck!

Is it a direct plug-in for the Berlinetta IP?
