was driving to work. car back fired, and stalled. coasted into a parking lot,and turned it over. would not fire up. so went to work on foot(was close to work). after work went back with buddy and pulled the coil wire had him crank it, no spark pulled the cap its still turning under ther. so i think the moduler or coil. my ? is how do i go about checking that and does anything else that controls spark can make it not spark.

 

its probably the module. if there is a autozone nearby they will test it for free. they are not very expensive anyway. also make sure the pink wire to the coil has 12V key on power

 

i will try that. i worked on my van today so i wouldnt have to rush on the car. going to start on the car in the morning hope it will be fixed soon if there is no volts does what does that mean?
