winaldl question....

I just ordered a aldl-9pin serial cable and got it in the mail. In some documentation it says to place the two wires in the 2nd and last spots on the top row. Now that i look mine only has the last 4 on the top row and no more. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

pin A (all the way to the right) and pin E (the furthest *existing* pin to the left).

Pin A is ground, Pin E is data.
