Headlights are messed up!!

Okay, here's my problem. When I turn the low beams on only the left side comes on. When I turn the brights on the other 3 come on including the right side low beam and the left low beam shuts off. Whats the deal? Why doesnt the right low beam come on on low and why doesnt the left low beam come on on high?

Remove, clean, reattach, and verify all your headlamp grounds. I'm guessing that will solve it.

Maybe they are burned out?

Not burned out. They all work, just at different times which is mostly the wrong time. All connections are clean.

There are two filaments in the outboard hi-low bulbs. One filament in each bulb has burnt out.
