86 iroc tach wire

what color is the tach wire and where is it located in the engine compartment? any help would be great

Engine: 5.7L TPI

Transmission: 700R4

It is the white wire coming off the black connector on the ignition coil going to pin "D6" of connector C100 on the driver side firewall.
