When a have the key in the. You know the buzzing sound it makes when turned half way. Even after I start the car. it keeps making the buzzing. Its goes on and off. What do you think might be wrong. I had to pull the steering wheel to put in new ignition. and the horn is not wired.

thanks. I dont remeber there being a wire on the old ignition. And I know I never cut any wire.

 

You didn't cut any wires off yours. This picture shows the VATS lock cylinder and was used for a reference to show the key warning buzzer only.
