Delay wiper assembly question...

Well mine is bad, I bought one from a junkyard and the new (old) one cracked too, does anybody know what years / models these were equip on, or was it an option to have delay wipers or not....my car is an 1986 Camaro TPI.....the washer motor is not on the washer fluid bottle, its on this electronic board with this black thing that I suppose rotates. If anybody has one lying around, or knows the part number, or knows even what years / models to look for these, please let me know. Unless there is a way to fix them when that black piece in the center breaks....I don't know...any help is appericated, thanks

- Dave

Your wiper motor was used from 84 up, not sure when it stopped. You should need a P/N 22039684 cover. The black piece inside is part of the park switch, it shuts the wiper motor off when the wipers rotate back to the park position.

Probably not. Electrical parts usually aren't returnable, so get them to double check the application, too.
