Where are both fan solenoids?

I have and IROC with dual fans. The 238* switch works, but the fans don't kick on until then. I have a toggle switch hooked up right now, but I want to wire it the way it was. It appears that I only have 1 solenoid that runs both fans. This is located next to the battery. Where is the other one?

What year do you have? One should be on the fender well by the battery and the second one should be mounted behind the right hand headlight by the radiator.
