Hi guys,

I am having healight problems. I have an '88 Formula. When I turn on my lights, they ( both headlights and parking lights) come on, but the headlight assemblies themselves stay down. After about 10-15 seconds, the passanger light will come up, but usually the driver's will not.

I have tried spinnig the **** on the motor, and it used to help but no longer does anything. Also when I shut the lights off, the drivers side motor **** spinns for a few seconds after they stop coming down.

I did some searching on the boards, and I think that the problem is a stripped headlight gear. I was wondering if TDS's Headlight Repair Kit will help my specific problem. Also are there any other products that might help?

on a side note, my father has an 87 Corvette - similar problem, one stick down but when they both come up, they come up at different speeds. Will this kit work for his Vette too?
